Two days ago, Probux was the world's second highest visited PTC site but it shocked whole PTC industry when this site got down without any announcement, message by site Admin or any clarification. It was terrible news for millions of Probux users that have been working on Probux to get some good PTC earnings. It is shocking because Probux proved its value and authority in a very short period of time and become second highest most visited PTC site in just two years. It was declared Elite PTC site by PTC investigators and Admin used to explain site issues frequently. This helped Probux to get into Alexa top 300 rankings in just two years. That was encouraging for Probux lovers but no one could have thought that this site would be off without any announcement in a flash Well talking about Admin communication, there had been nothing listened from Admin since two months. He made last announcement on the occasion of Probux second anniversary in August 2014. Since then there was no other announcement even after more than a month and half which seemed unnatural and something alarming. It was against the Admin's usual behavior and the situation became extreme due to no response from Admin on continuous complains about the non payment issues. Before August, there had been raised issues on some occasions for non-payment but site admin explained the problems always and fixed issues. This time there was no explanation, no response even after thousands of complaints.
The forum which is considered as one most important thing for a legit PTC was also closed for more than with a message saying it will be available within 48 hours and down for some sort of maintenance.
But no-one knows when those 48 hours will come. Well this message was giving a little hope to users with non-payments who invested their time and huge amount of money in this Program. But its complete closure on 9th October 2014 was quite unexpected. Site is not only down but no access to servers which makes only a sense that Probux has gone scam. This scam is more than a usual PTC scam because normally scam PTC sites come into market and gone quickly but something was different with Probux because it came and payed its users, proved its efficiency, struggled to get established and even after establishing completely it remained open for a long period of time which do not bring any idea of scam on analysis. This scam is most wickedest but wisest scam ever. The program is closed at the time when there was a mountain of investments in the program and many were willing to invest in this program.
The sudden shut down of Probux has also brought a wave of disappointment to PTC lovers. It has also broken the trust of million of people from PTC industry because it has given a silent message to PTC users not to trust any PTC even it is established. This thing can also result in decrease of traffic and investments on most trusted PTC sites too like Neobux and Clixsense which have made an authority in PTC industry after several years of successful existence. The act of Probux can be declared cyber crime but proving it would be difficult as this mentioned in their terms of service that they could shut down their site without any notice or announcement.
Whatever the things working behind it for the sake of Law, the most important thing which site Admin of any PTC site must observe that this scam resulted not only the closure of one site but also broke the trust of millions of PTC users. So they would be very careful in choosing a PTC in future. It is their duty now to amend their terms of use in way that they create a satisfied and trustworthy environment for someone to invest. An investor seeks security of his hardly earned money so now PTC industry should take steps in order to improve and ensure security. However it is not possible to capture someone on individual level but the situation could be changed if some rules and regulations are made for every site which asks for investment. The most important clause of those regulations should be punishment to those who scam and breach PTC ethics.
